（１）Cr / Ni / Mo are base elements of 316 / CF8M ingot. Manufacturing is extended to low carbon grade 316L / CF3M or various content of elements customers require.
（２）316 stainless steel is widely used in chemical and nuclear industries.
（３）Good corrosion resistance to prevent pitting and good endurance of acid penetration result in this alloy very wide applications.
（４）Low carbon grade is a good material for welding. Less carbon content usually has less possibility to produce carbide and cause chromium depletion on grain boundary during weld is cooling from high temperature.
